Globalists' Attacks on U.S. Constitution, Bill of Rights & National Sovereignty!

Introduction

• In this article, I hope to add to the evidences presented on KTKK 630 AM Radio, & other radio shows concerning how the constitution is hanging by a thread!*1

Opening comments: Ever draw dot to dot pictures, where lines are drawn in sequence, first to last, to create pictures? There are key dots in historical events that reveals pictures as to how, when, what & who's who, or alleged who; are influencing creations of "World Orders!" And how these events are effecting us & earth!

Many Globalists,*2 believe their attacks on our US constitution, bill of rights & national sovereignty, are for "our greater good!" That we need a New World Order because of how we go from one crisis, after another!

Thus, globalists tell us:

• "World peace & security," can only come through an all powerful United Nations' "peace keeping" "police force"3
• "World justice," through "world law," policed by global cops for a "World Court!"4
• Problems in "Global markets," & "the saving of the World Economy" in the "Global financial crisis," of 2009; and a "Global Economic recovery!" Can only come through further working out issues over a "global currency,"5 for a "one world order, a New World Order," through a "World Trade Organization." With a "World Bank" for a "new international financial order," or "new economic order."6
• Global health issues can only be solved through a "World Health Organization."7 With passing of forced Health Care Reforms, as steps towards "universal health care," run by WORLD STATE. 8
• The "dangers of Climate changes" & the "protection" of earth, little critters, & endangered animals & insect species, can only come through global governance! Where USA's water ways, forest, parks, & the world's oceans, & "biosphere reserves" & "world heritage sites" are established & placed under the control of the United Nations! 9
• Global hunger, famines & feeding whole world, can only be solved through a World Food Bank.10

All of these & other aspects will be done, globalists say; & as patriots have warned: Through "World Order," "Global Governance" "Globalization," a "New World Order," "Global Partnerships," & Unions, such as South American Union; European Union, Asian Union, African Union & North American Union in a "World Body," super states in the "Global State," thus "becoming citizens of the world." By "building a stronger GLOBAL REGIME." 11 In fact, it's shocking to go through the old & new film footage; & historical records; & talks given by many world leaders to see how many secretly, then later openly spoke of a "New World Order!"

Managed Conflicts: Different “wars” & how nations go from one “crisis” to another, are dots in bigger pictures! Many "managed conflicts," that are manufactured by Global Elites' plots of creating "world orders." 12

Creating different national depts, around the global, as a world "crisis," plus depressions, recessions & inflations as others; are done through Globalists' control over money flows! Earlier to later globalists' "solutions," to these types of national & global "problems," are in how the masses are told a World Bank is needed in "New Economic World Order." Steps towards this were done by sneaking Federal Reserve Act into law, when most Senators had gone home for Christmas, 1913.
1910s-50s, Globalists' rally calls "to arms" on both sides, after WW1, wasn't easy, for many Americans were Isolationists. So to create another "cause" whereby people would willingly rally behind Globalists' "solutions" to another world crisis! Globalists used scare tactics, (as later globalists would). Plus famines & managed conflicts, or wars, to play on patriotism & "defense of freedom," as their slogans. Starving masses, by this time, were more than happy to go back to work again for Globalists' Military Industrial Complex's war machine factories. Whereby globalists made further steps towards "World Government," through nations' depts, & as they made billions off of fueling, arming, feeding, & bank rolling both sides of their managed conflicts again!

Thus, Germany suffered run away inflation, or hyperinflation, 1920s. While Hard Times hit America, after stock market crash, 1929; as a Great Depression robs millions, when Globalists' privately owned FED cut off money flows, 1930s. Jobless starving masses, thankful to be able to work again, could be more easily convinced to rally to defense of "freedom," or "mother lands," if they were first starved, then given jobs after the Great Depression, as WW2 started!

World corporate oil & gas are thrown on fires of one crisis after another, in order to come up with "solutions" that ultimately take away more of our freedoms, wealth & millions of youth, dying in, or wounded in pro-longed wars!13

With scare tactics, each crisis is presented, by globalists, to be so serious that to ignore them, or by not buying into their "solutions," means the ultimate destruction of this globe! (Global warming). Or that the crisis challenges "national security," so we need sign into law, Acts not even read by congress! (Patriot Act, & Health Care Bill).

Each "crisis" is sold by globalists' owned media outlets; or by agents of influence, planted as shining media stars. Or they rally celebrities; some who later are awarded for keeping silent about working towards "World Government." (Newsman, CBS "Anchorman," Walter Cronkite).14

The different media stars tell us that:

• Each "crisis," needs billions of US taxes, to pay for "solutions!"
• Being "global problems," we need a “One World Government,” or "Globalization," to deal with each global problem or “crisis.”
• And that global taxes should be collected by Global IRS*15 type UN organizations to distribute funds to those who are appointed to deal with each "crisis."16

Media used to prime & convince the masses:

• We're told that World War 1 was “the war to end all wars!”

• It was actually an opportunity & excuse used by earlier globalists to build “the old Order!” You can't have a New World Order, if there wasn't earlier attempts, such as the “world government” sought by founders of “the League of Nations.”17

• We're told that World War 2 was a “war fought to protect & preserve our liberties!” A “war against the Axis Powers, (Italy, Japan & Germany), who was seeking to use force to establish a "New Order in Europe!"18

• This war was used by globalists as another step towards a "New World Order!" Get us in bed with communist Russia as allies against Nazis socialists! Where world plotters would again:

• Keep global war machines, or “industrial military complex,” going.

• Fuel, supply, & fund both sides of another “managed conflict!”

• Get nations in debt to them as they made billions in profits & further established, or created world corporations. To further regulate "the international monetary & financial order after the conclusion of WW2." As planned at Mount Washington Hotel, in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire.

• It was used to create a world government with the UN's creation, 1945.19

• 1945 to present, New World Order puppets were placed in United Nations, & in U.S. government positions, such as “the State Department,“ & as “agents of influence,” where they worked out “rules of engagement” during the following wars, that favored communists, rather than U.S. troops. Thus, "prolonged wars," continued to sap the blood of our nations' youth, tax payers, & moral as rules of engagement continued to create "no win wars!"20

The birth of "Unions," such as European Union, a super state, one in a number of states, for World Government!

• 1917-1991, Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, USSR, or Soviet Union, was one of the globalists' first UNIONS.

• Adolf Hitler said that National Socialism would help build a "New Order," or "New World Order." His unpublished book, New World Order, 1928, if authentic, tells how he sought the Unification of Europe.21

• What Hitler attempted, by force of arms to do, was later done by treaties!

• 1939, Clarence K. Streit, foreign correspondent for The New York Times, covering League of Nations activities from 1929-1939; wrote Union Now, a book advocating a gradual approach through regional unions to final world union!

• 1945, "The World Federalist Movement advocated the introduction of world citizenship and a union of all democratic countries

• 1945, Arab League is formed, as a step towards Arab Union.

• September 19, 1946, at the University of Zurich, former Prime Minister of England, Winston Churchill, pro New World Order, spoke of "European unity." Proposing ‘a kind of United States of Europe’ with a "Council of Europe."

• 1944-57, numerous "Unions" & councils & conventions, hammered out one treaty, trade & aid agreements after another. North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), 4 April 1949; Assembly of the Council of Europe. Nov. 1950, European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, steps towards the super state European court system.

• 1954-55, the first Bilderberg meetings of globalists, worked out ways to bring about treaties that would become steps towards a European Union, & with money called the euro!

• 1957 signing of Treaty of Rome, created European Economic Community, which paved ways for European Union = EU, one of the super states with in World Government. Maastricht Treaty (formally, the Treaty on European Union, TEU) was signed on 2-7-1992 & entered into force on 11-1-1993, creating the now European Union and led to the creation of the euro. Another, was the Lisbon Treaty.

• 1967, Association of Southeast Asian Nations, (ASEAN), was formed from 10 countries in Southeast Asia.

• Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), 2001.

• 2002, African Union, consisting of 53 African States is established, 9 July 2002.

• 2006-2008, Union of South American Nations, steps towards the South American Union.

• Mid-19th century to 2010, numerous concepts for a union between Canada, Mexico & United States, have been proposed. On January 1, 1994, is another globalist step called" North American Free Trade Agreement, NAFTA, & is believed to be a step towards the North American Union!

New World Money Orders, Coup to Kill & Cover Up JFK Murder

• Early 1960s, John F. Kennedy, Council of Foreign Relations or CFR member, at first seems to work towards "New World Order," which even Robert Kennedy spoke in favor of:

• May 18, 1961, JFK hints to a North American Union type, in speaking at House of Commons, Ottawa Canada: That Mexico, USA & Canada should work towards "Union," or better "inter-American partnerships," in "inter-American affairs," as part of an "inter-American community."22

• But then something seems to have changed his thinking; for he turned on the globalists & started undoing Federal Reserve Act, that they sneaked through Congress 12-24-1913, when most of Congress were away for Christmas break.

• He signs Executive Order 11110 & had printed up 4.3 billions in Silver certificates, instead of FED notes.23

• JFK started to pull troops out of Nam.24 (Nat'l Security Action Memo 263. JFK's 10/63 plan to withdraw).

• JFK is alleged to have said that he'd smash the CIA into a thousand pieces. If so, this must have troubled the CIA.25

• JFK fires Allen Dulles from CIA in 1961 over false flag Operation Northwoods, which was covert ops against Castro's communized Cuba.

• July 29, 1921, CFR officially formed with admitted goal to abolish Constitution & replace our once independent Republic with a World Government.26

• 1926, Allen Dulles joins CFR & later became its president.

• 11-26-1963, LBJ puts Allen on the Warren Commission to investigate JFK assassination, ironic!27

• Other New World Order dots & connections are how John J. McCloy, CFR, World "Bankster," is put on Warren Commission, which was to investigate & report on their findings concerning JFK's murder. McCoy is alleged to have influenced, behind the scenes, different media outlets to go along with the lone gunman theory.28

• Gerald Ford was selected for the Warren Commission by President Lyndon B. Johnson, 11-1963.

• Ford becomes President after Richard Nixon resigned, 8-9-1974, due to the Watergate scandal. Nixon often talked about a New World Order! During a Banquet for Premier Chou En-lai in Great Hall of the People in Beijing, China, 2-25-1972! Nixon said of China & USA, that even though they have differences, they should work together "to build a New World Order."29

• Ford pardons Nixon, 9-8-1974, Proclamation 4311. Ford, 8-20-1974, nominates former New York Governor, Nelson A. Rockefeller, (1908-1979), who's seeks a New World Order, & said, in an address at BYU, Marriott Center, 10-2-1974 (?): "And we have to work with the big communist nations. They're in this world. They have a different philosophy. But also we have common, general common objectives. And I say on a cooperative basis we can reflect our long term mutual best interests. And if that's the best way to go about it; and that's the only basis, for peace & prosperous around the world." 30

• Nixon makes George Herbert Walker Bush, with oil connections, Ambassador to United Nations, 1971. Ford, 1976, makes Bush Director of CIA. Bush become Vice Pres., 1981-1989. And president, 1989-93, & openly, in several talks in 1991, shows he's pro "New World Order," & is working towards it, by working to bring about another treaty, the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), a step towards a North American Union! 31

Global Warming scam:

• 1964, Report from Iron Mountain shows how globalist "think tanks" came up with another alleged or manufactured crisis! How they use pollution & "over population" to introduce a world tax & regulate population growth. Thus, the birth of "Earth Day," "Green Earth," & globalists' environmental movements' push towards a "New World Order" was introduced through New Age beliefs. Also, global warming scams & World Carbon Taxes were born. It's still being pushed in schools & taught to kids by teachers who guilt trip kids' use of cell phones, leaving on the lights, etc.32

• 1970s, we're told there's a “fuel shortage,” called "the energy crisis!" It was another manufactured "crisis" by Globalists & world oil corporations, where by they jacked up prices & made billions! Jimmy Carter, to Chicago CFR members, May 1976: We seek “a just & stable INTERNATIONAL ORDER."33

• 1960s to present, we had "the war on drugs!" It's been used to confiscate private property, & many, not all, in the corrupt legal system, takes advantage of it to rob many of their cash, properties, freedom & other things.34

• Communist Manifesto says that "private property must be abolished"! Another says: "Confiscation of the property of all emigrants & rebels."35 So are the "assets forfeiture seizer laws," the legal loop holes being used to fulfill such things?

• September 1990, George Bush, to United Nations, repeated 5 times to thunderous applause: “We are moving to a New World Order!”36

• 1990s, during Desert Storm, gulf war, Pres. Bush, sir., 9-11-1991 basically told us that “what is at stake,” is a “big idea” a “New World Order!” Where their dreams of world government, as envisioned by the global elites who founded the U.N., could further their “peace keeping role” to police the world!37

• 3-6-1991, why did Bush, as pres., have U.S. & U.N. arm forces pounce on Saddam Hussein’s Iraq, for beating up on his neighbor, Kuwait, rich in oil, while seemingly he ignores the slaughters going on in the Baltic states? Romania, the “ethnic cleansing!?” Was this because it was helping to reduce world population, as other globalists want?

• As Vice Pres., appointed #1 drug cop, Bush also did very little about Burma's drug lord, Khun Sa's offer, to help stop the flow of heroin in the USA, as highly decorated Vietnam war vet, Bog Grites alleges & complains, in 1988.38

• David B. Funderburk, Former Ambassador to Romania, also alleges that as globalists were standing by as many were being murdered in the Baltic States & China! Billions of dollars worth of U.S. tax dollars, aid, resources, technologies, weaponry & military secrets were going, with Bush's blessings, to communist USSR & China!39

• 1990s, Bush’s & communist leader, Gorbachev both spoke of their goals for a “new world order!”40

• Why was Saddam left in power? Was it so baby Bush could have his own little war game too? We were told that “terrorists” attacked the world trade towers & pentagon, on 9-11-2001. Was this tragic event used to bring in the Patriot Act, a bill that no one in Congress could have read, cause it was printed in the early morning hours before they were to vote on it?! And which was rushed through, with fear & scare tactics, in the name of giving up many of our civil liberties for immediate solutions to threats to National Security?!41 Used to get us into another pro-longed war? Used as another step towards New World Order?

• 2008, did a monetary crisis, with big "bankster" bail outs & scares of failing markets, create another step towards World Order? Globalists are out to convince us that U.S. dollars are no longer the best in “World Market”! That “world bank” "solutions!" in the North American Community's monetary crisis, can only be solved through a global system, or at least something like the “Amero”?!42

Tactics: How Globalists are destroying the Constitution!

Global Taxes

• Constitution, Section 9: Limits on Congress: "No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law; and a regular Statement and Account of the Receipts and Expenditures of all public Money shall be published from time to time."

• Do globalists in US Government positions pay attention to this part of the constitution? If so, then why are billions of dollars being sap & sucked into the World Bank, or IMF?

Why are US tax payers funding, through foreign aid, countries that hate the USA? Why are billions going to pay the bills of the United Nations, which is communist dominated, & where the USA's single vote counts for nothing, most of the time?! Why will the USA be one of the main countries taxed by the global warming "scammers," if the world carbon tax is ever enforced by the Global IRS?43 The Communist Manifesto reads: "A heavy progressive or gradual income tax." (The Communist Manifesto, p. 74, #2). 44
Constitution, Article. V. - Amendment
"Congress, whenever 2/3 of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application of the Legislatures of 2/3 of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as part of this Constitution..."

How Globalists are altering the constitution!

I suspect the reason why globalists' & their puppets in Congress & the Senate, don't want bills read; or people to find out what's in them, before they're past. Is this! They're altering the constitution through the amendment procedures, provided in the constitution; to set the USA up for a "new constitution," globalists' constitution! Or "World Constitution," worked out in globalists' meetings, 1950s!

This happened in ancient America too, for different ones noted how wicked people had infiltrated the government and how "they had altered & trampled under their feet the laws... and they saw that their laws had become corrupted, & that they had become a wicked people...." (Book of Mormon, Helaman 4:22).

Concerning globalists' European Union by treaties, such as Lisbon Treaty; Paul Watson notes the tactics used. How globalists weren't honest & not transparent about how it. He cites Gestardestine (spelling ?): "Public opinion will be led to adopt, without knowing it, the proposals we dare not present to them directly!"

Factions in the USA's government also use this same tactics, for they present thousands of pages of bills, never read by Congress, but which become laws. Then after they're signed into law, they are exposed as to how deceptive & dangerous they are, how power is being taken away from the people & give to the elite few, the globalists!
Congressman, John Conyers, (D) Michigan, admits: "We don't read most of the bills."
2004, Obama: "When you rush these budgets that are a foot high & nobody has any idea what's in them & no body has read them."45 But then he changes tactics in as Pres. in 2010, with the Health care bill, telling demanding of Congress: "Now is the time for you to step up, too"!

• How can Congress & the Senate know the "intents" & "purposes" of bills thousands of pages long? Especially, if they don't bother to read them, as some have admitted!?
• Or don't get a chance to!
• Or when pages are taken out, or hundreds of pages are added at the last moments before they are voted on?
• Or of which "intents" & "purposes," are not clear because of thousands of pages of legal lingo?

1- December 23, 1913, Christmas break, Federal Reserve Act.46

2- After World War 2, in 1945, alleged communist spy, Alger Hiss, CFR, presented to the Senate, the United Nations Charter, which they signed "with not so much as even reading it!"

3- The Patriot Act! 2001. Was another that was rushed through, & which was revised & printed & copied in the early morning hours, before Congress was to vote on it. Thus, Rep. Peter A. Defazio (D) Oregon, noted that his copy "was still warm," & that it "just came off the xerox machine," so he demanded "give us the weekend to read it," & warned that "these are our civil liberties" at stake, that they were "critical issues!"47

4- 2009, Stimulus Bill, $790 billion! Sen. Frank Lautenberg D- NJ, predicted that none of his Senate colleagues would "have the chance" to read the entire final version of the bill before the final vote!

5- The 1,200 page Climate Bill, 300 pages being added 3:00 AM, Friday. Summer, 2009. Rep. John Boehner, R-Ohio, Minority Leader, 8th District - West Chester, Troy, try to read part of it to Congress, & pontificated about what it could, or could not mean, with all the obscure languages that was in it. Boehner said, holding up a copy: "Here we are with 1100 pages... not one member of this body has even read!"48

6- Health Care Bill, 2010, final version reported as about 2,500 pages long!? Who in Congress got a chance to even read this version? R-Indiana, 5th District, Indianapolis, Marion, Rep. Dan Burton objects how the almost 2000 paged version of "the Pelosi Health Care Bill," hasn't been read! He says: "1,990 pages! Nobody in this place has even come close to reading it!" After he plops it down, he continues: "In addition to that, it costs 2.25 million dollars per word! There are almost 3,500 shalls in there, & a shall is a mandate that Congress do something! Nobody's read this thing! It's going to cost all this money! Members of the Congress, can exempt themselves from being involved in the public option." He goes on to say how it's a terrible, terrible bill that should be defeated!
House Speaker, Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), tells us "But we have to pass the bill so that you can, ahh, find out what is in it."49

• Pass it first, then read it? What the crap!

A new Bill, called "Don't Read This!" should be rushed or sneak through under the same tactics, so Congress, Senators & Presidents & their administrations can taste their own dung, passed off as medicine, for the good of the masses. Make it 10,000 pages long that repeats our demands that:

• Because many in Congress & Senate continue to pass gas & crappy bills that benefits themselves, because they sold their votes in back bathroom lobby deals!
• There shall no bill be past that destroys the constitution! Any past or future bills shall be voided as the constitution is restored!
• No bills passed that are clouded as to their "intents" & "purposes," with endless legal lingo, thousands of unread pages long.
• No bills shall be passed that also exempts government leaderships of what's in them!
• A probationary period of 2 years shall experiment & test the constitutionality of the bills, with Congress, the Senate & Presidential administrations, as the rats to be tested on!

By this, we'll see how they like their own medicine, & will see if this breaks many of them of their unconstitutional tactics; bad & lazy habits, of not reading "most of the bills"!

Thomas P. Kilgannon, 2006, Diplomatic Divorce, Why America Should End Its Love Affair With the United Nations, p. 29, (chap. 2), says that those who run the International Criminal Court = ICC, themselves, will enjoy immunity from "every form of legal process."

It's like how Al Gore & the Green Earthers, tell everyone to ride bikes, so as to cut down on "your carbon footprint," to save the planet. But then, their actions suggest they think they're immune, or above the law, as they fly around in their private jets!

Factions in Government passing special interest groups' loppy deals?

"We fear that there is some faction in the Government" that is seeking to rule & destroy the freedoms of all! (Book of Mormon, Alma 58:36, 61:3-4).

There's a "certain faction in London" which says that the world is breaking down financially, and financial systems are going to blow their tops, but we will be at the top of the heap.50

George W. Malone, U.S. Senator (Nevada), speaking before Congress, 1957: If "...the people of this nation fully understood what Congress has done to them over the last 49 years, they would move on Washington; they would not wait for an election.... It adds up to a preconceived plan to destroy the economic & social independence of the United States!" Richard N. Gardner, in Foreign Affairs, April 1974: "In short, the 'house of world order' will have to be built form the bottom up rather than from the top down. To use William James' famous description of reality, but an end run round national sovereignty, eroding it piece by piece, will accomplish much more that the old-fashioned frontal assault."

Craig B. Hulet on KTKK 630 AM radio, "K-Talk," Salt Lake City, Utah area, about late 1980s early 1990s (?). He warns that: "They are going to one day, if they can, create a world regime, they call it the global regime. It will be done by a strategy of 'interdependence!" And if they can do it, they will be in charge of it. It's a matter of the status quo wanting to keep getting the billions of dollars of productivity in the west.... The very same men put together an organization in Washington D.C., some years ago, called the 'Committee for Constitutional Systems Review,' they are working very hard to so alter the constitution to accept through the amendment procedures, provided in the constitution, a new constitution! It will not be the constitution that we have learned to live with!"51

The globalists have continued to do this, in how they sneak through, or rush through thousand paged bills & acts that no one reads, & which signed into law, becomes constitutional changing elements that are eroding piece by piece, the original constitution!52

• Obama, in Prague, Claims We Need A Global Regime: He mentions how, "the WORLD must stand together to prevent the spread of these [nukes] weapons. Now's the time for a stronger INTERNATIONAL response!" [to North Korea's Nuke threats]. Obama also said: "...All nations must come together to build a stronger GLOBAL REGIME!"53

June 12, 1998, Friday, during a radio interview on “K-talk,” KTKK, 630 AM Radio, Salt Lake City, Utah. Jack Stockwell show.54 A woman, who has done research into world economics, gave this warning. She said that for the last 15 to 20 years or so, there has been “an intense push around the world to have this globalized economy, which has been against the sovereign interests of nations and peoples. So you have “free trade” which has really been “raped trade.” Those who seeking for a global economic system are getting involved in food chains, food production, oil, transportation, the stock market, water supplies, and many other things. Further on she went on to point out that “...we have become Food import dependent in many ways because of this 15 or 20 years of rigged free trade.” She also says that there is this view by a faction in London which says that the world is breaking down financially, and financial systems are going to blow their tops, but we will be at the top of the heap. She also mentions a book that came out of London: "Blood In The Streets: Investment Profits In A World Gone Mad", by James Dale Davidson and Sir William Rees-Mogg, Warner Books, 1987. This book brings out this view held by this faction in which they say that they will own the water supplies, meat supplies, the grain, the medicines, the iron, & the steel, etc. She also warned that the One World Economists behind getting a ONE WORLD TRADE ORGANIZATION going, are also behind big merging deals. For they’re merging food corporations together, and are buying up food supplies, and productions “...in preparation for the kind of break down and boarder less world... [in which nations will have] no national sovereignty.” And where they will be able to control basic food supplies and distributions, such as wheat and beef.

Jeffrey T. Kuhner: “Socialism is the road to economic ruin and fiscal bankruptcy. It subverts democracy, threatening the very future of our constitutional republic. Socialist states degenerate into some form of autocracy or technocratic neo-feudalism, whereby the productive class is taxed and exploited to sustain a growing dependent class. • If the globalist are not obeying the good Acts, why should we have to obey the bad ones? Like the Patriot Acts 1 & 2? The Federal Reserve Act? Etc. Such names as: "Uniting and Strengthening America," another name for "The Patriot Act," or protective sounding titles like "The Environmental Protection Agency!" Etc. 56

False Promises & Global Bondage: Answer to objections!

• "Well," some might say: "Aren't you for Patriotism, freedom, & protecting the nations against terrorists?"

• Yes! But not through passing of acts that challenge our civil liberties & that include pages & print outs printed hours before they are to be voted on! Pages Congress didn't get a chance to read, or bother reading! Where we're also told that to protect our freedoms, we have to give up some of our civil liberties! NO Thank you to more governmental snooping around into our private lives, to more government control & increased taxes!

• Put in jail for not having "health insurance"? How ironic, when in jail you get health care coverage, medical & dental care through tax payers! So what's the point?

Who also live in several large homes; while they tell everyone else to ride bikes! And as Sheryl Crow says, we should "use only 1 square of toilet paper"! 59

• Smells of bull crap in all these globalist scare tactics! Keep in mind too, that some are concerned, that farmers' cows' & other animals' emissions are to also be regulated & taxed! While green Earthers' sources say that even though farm animals "emissions" do "contribute to climate change" 25%! The EPA = Environmental Protection Agency, "won't regulate cow burps"! 60

• So while Al Gore & other global warming alarmists tell us they're going to global tax us for ours' & our cars' emissions! They seem to think they're above the law in how they don't practice what they preach!

• Moreover! If there's an endangered species threatened in the world environment, it's humanity! For inconsistently, globalists tell us that we have to save little critters from our emissions, by an ever increasing UN controlled over US State Parks, woods & water ways! While mothers' wombs continue to becomes little critters' tombs, as billions of U.S. tax payers' money goes to kill off millions of unborn humans, before they can take their first breath of life! "Justified" Because they "have no rights," they're not being human yet! Globalists vilify them as unhuman fetuses, that are like feces, to be thrown away, flushed down the bio hazard waist containers!61

• Inconsistently, a pregnant woman was jailed for being a crack mother, endangering her unborn, contributing to a minor. While in prison, if she were to demand an abortion at US tax payers expense, they'd have to honor her "right" to murder her unborn! In other words, it's bad for her to have subjected her unborn to crack, but O.K. to kill "it!"62

WAKE UP AMERICA! For the constitution is now hanging by a thread, because of those who seek to establish the super state with in the “One World Government,” called the “North American Union.” This, according to the globalists, is to be like the “South American Union,” & "European Union." The laws, money system, constitution, bill of rights, economics, trade, etc., will be changed as it is thus placed under a world court system, world health organization, world banking system, “world economic order,” or New World Order. The United Nations’ arm forces progressively built up, while the nations are disarmed, are so done, since 1961 plans presented to the UN. Nations are disarmed so as to “not be able to challenged the progressively strengthened United Nations Peace Force.” Wake up America!63

A CONSITUTION RESTORATION ACT NEEDED!

The constitution restoration act or Constitution Restoration Amendment ought to include things like the following:

• Any past, present & future amendments, bills, acts or treaties that chips away, damages, or are exposed as intended to be made for the destruction of the constitution, national sovereignty & bill of rights; shall be voided out, invalidated! Starting with:

1. Voiding out & recalling of the Federal Reserve Act, 1913.

2. Reversing the signing of the United Nations' Charter by the Senate, 1945, "Get the US out of the UN & the UN out of the US!"

3. Void our & recall The Patriot Act! 2001.

4. Void out & recall the Stimulus Bill, $790 billion! 2009.

5. Void out & expose the scams & scammers behind the Climate Bill, Cap & Trade.

6. Void out & recall the Health Care Bill, 2010.

7. Void out & recall the signing of North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).

8. Void out & recall any & all executive orders that has been signed, past, present & future; that challenges, or destroys the constitution!

9. Void out & recall any treaties that have been signed, or will be, for bringing the USA into a North American Union, or anything like it!

10. All these treasonous actions by political leaders, shall be voided out, & those that have broken their oaths to defend the constitution, impeached, brought to trial, (not pardon, like in the case with how Ford pardons Nixon, 9-8-1974, Proclamation 4311).

• No more campaigning, where only the super rich become known because of how they have the contributions, campaign funds, or their funding to pay for ads, etc. Have 2 or 3 days set aside for mass communication exposures of candidates, where the nations gets to hear an extensive background check done on each person running. Verify the drug testing done, (the average American is often tested before & during employment, so why shouldn't those who run for the highest offices in the land also be tested?). Extensive time given to also cross examine them on issues; test their knowledge of the constitution, bill of rights & national sovereignty. Take away politicians being bought & ending up in the pockets of campaigner contributors, who say: "OK we got you in, now this is how we want you to vote!"

• Take away the backroom & bathroom dealings & lobby deals by doing extensive background checks on possible conflict of interest cases; where politicians pushing the different bills, stand to bank on them. If you sale your vote,your fired!

• We need to fire all the politicians that are sneaking in thousands of paged bills, sneaking & rushing them in without letting congress & senate read them.
• Rights shall be restored, no longer licensed as "privileges" granted by & under the controls of the all powerful State!

These are just a few suggestions on getting our country back on course & starting towards restoring the constitution, bill of rights & national sovereignty. I would open for suggestions on other things that could be included.

In Illinois if a pregnant woman takes illegal drugs, she can be prosecuted for "delivering a controlled substance to a minor." How can this be, if, as the pro-choice propaganda claims, the un-born is "not a person" with "rights!" This type of ruling, however, clearly suggests that the un-born is human, with rights to protect! The irony is, however, that the same women, jailed for endangering her child, though still yet un-born, can turn around and demand & is even free to abort that very same child at tax payers expense! Moreover, in Oregon, every alcohol serving establishment is required to post signs that warn pregnant women about the harmful effects that alcohol can have on their unborn. (Alcorn, pp. 39-41). Or is that too, inconsistantly protected in the name of the "un-born isn't human yet" propaganda!

So, while many innocent Americans are being prosecuted for these types of things, & are having their "private property abolished," as the Communist Manifesto state is one of their goals!
